Sasha is our first Briard, she is full of fun and a real character, enjoying her food and your too if she can! Sasha loves to play and if she can she will chase birds and cats, but is generally quite a lazy girl, happy to sit by your feel or go on a 10 mile ramble! It was Sasha that really proved to us that this was the breed for us, everyone loves Sasha and she made an impression where ever she went. Sadly due to a sudden dislike of Tia when she was carrying puppies, (her partner in crime for five years) and some terrible battles we made the decision that it would be kinder for all if Sash went on holiday until Tia’s puppies were born. Sasha is currently living with Briard smitten Deborah - since Sept 2004. Deborah has had Briard’s before and she now takes Sash to work everyday and Sasha wants for nothing and has a life of Riley! Not long after Deborah had Sasha, she discovered she had a problem with a toe and it had to be amputated, Sasha has made an excellent recovery and on the road to recovery. The door is open for Sasha to return back to us but at the moment she is really well cared for, spoilt rotten and in great hands.
Sasha has single dew claws so she did not get shown very often. Although we did show her at a few open shows when we first started out in the show world and Sasha won Best of Breed 3 times and 2nd in a Pastoral Group. She also won Best in show three times at Companion shows.
